What you'll do
- Build and evaluate LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agents
- Own MLOps: training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Collaborate with product and design on AI UX
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in software with 2+ in ML/AI
- Strong Python and modern AI tooling (LangChain, OpenAI, vector DBs)
- Experience deploying models to production
